One of the most popular mods that people use in GTA V is Script Hook because it allows you to access GTA’s scripts to modify your stats, spawn vehicles at your location, and gives you complete autonomy over your environment. However, the developers don’t support this mod and see it as a cheat, so they often patch it out with new updates, and then the game refuses to start unless you remove it.

Fortunately, the coders behind Script Hook will find a workaround and post the latest version of the mod within hours of the new GTA update’s release. This means that all you’ll need to do is simply reinstall Script Hook, and that’s what this guide will show you how to do.
